The South Eastern Massachusetts Mineral Club, Inc. is constituted as a non-sectarian, non-profit, non-political educational organization. Section 501(c) (3)
The Southeastern Massachusetts Mineral Club (SEMMC) was founded in 1968 and incorporated on April 8th, 1970. From inception , SEMMC has been an organization where fellow collectors could rub elbows and as an educational organization promoting multiple aspects of the earth sciences. Mineralogy, Glaciology, lapidary science, vulcanology and paleontology are among the principle interest of our members.
